The cost of the service is higher than what I prefer.I understand there are certain cost you need to recoup, but for basic service is where you can keep the cost low and give the customer a break. Oil changes, rotating tires, and other less experience services where you don't need to pay for an experienced mechanic is where you can reduce the cost of service. Read More >>

I bought my car at the former dealership, Dave Delaney GMC, and have always serviced the car at this location both old and new as Prime now. I can see staff morale and enthusiam is higher under Prime ownership. unfortunately my service needs required a very expensive repair, steering rack, at 73k miles and not 4 years old which feels like poor quality on part of manufacturer, so it has put me off GMC for a new vehicle even though I am happy with the dealership.
